Engineering, approvals and delivery — from the client side

From finding the land to handing over the building.

Most projects pass through four or five firms. A planner who leaves once the approval lands. An engineer who designs the services and moves on. A project manager who arrives after the design is fixed and inherits whatever was decided without them. Every handover is a place for something to be lost — and the client is the only party present for all of it.

Zedz carries the whole span. We have taken sites from acquisition through approval, funding, design, construction and sale — and we take individual stages too, when that is what a project needs.

What we do

Six stages. One accountable team.

Most projects pass through four or five firms, and every handover is a place for something to be lost. We hold the whole span — or any single stage of it.

01

Find the land

Site identification, acquisition and feasibility.

02

Get it approved

Approvals pathway management — and appeals when the answer is no.

03

Arrange funding

Funding applications, development finance and lender requirements.

04

Design it

Hydraulic engineering from concept to detailed design, and coordination of the whole design team.

05

Build it

Procurement and construction-stage support as the client's representative.

06

Hand it over

Certification, commissioning, handover and defects.

Our work

Selected projects

Every one of these ran into something. These are the obstacles we met and what we did about them.
